Shannon develops media and telesales strategies to help our clients achieve greater return from their media investments, and increase their revenues. He is also able to channel his extensive contacts throughout the industry to enhance all aspects of our clients' campaigns, from creative through to fulfillment and follow-up marketing.
Before joining us, Shannon worked at The AfterMarket Company, where he worked his way up from the call center floor to become Vice President of Sales, helping increase company revenues by almost 150% in three years. This extensive hands-on experience gives him a unique understanding of DRTV from the important vantage point of where the sale actually takes place.
Shannon has been a featured speaker of the Direct Marketing Association, and is well known throughout the electronic retailing community.
